  • New cameras have been added for the safety of the tenants and safekeeping of buildings in general.  Some older cameras have been upgraded and new ones added. They remain on 24 hours a day for everyone’s benefit. Cameras record 24 hours a day with random Live monitoring.  Anyone causing harm to building infrastructure or doing mischief will be held accountable and we will  send the video at our discretion, to the local Police department for enforcement of any criminal activity found. We do not tolerate any such behavior and will report upon such findings to the appropriate authorities.  We want a peaceful environment for all tenants who choose to live at Hayes Court Jackson Heights.

Electronic Leases

Tenants who opted for getting their leases electronically can look up and will be able to download their leases from here as soon as this service is open to the tenants.  Being secured in nature you can still receive them directly from  your management but we are working on getting it online as well.
